Every crew member costs the same. Your wanted level is assigned in reveal batches from a published commit-reveal seed — the hash goes public before minting opens, so the draw can be checked afterwards. Nobody picks their tier, not even us.
Five tiers: Clean, Petty, Known, Wanted, Most Wanted. Higher tier means a bigger cut of every payout — and a higher chance of getting busted and skipping that round.
Mint fees and resale royalties feed one shared pot. That pot is the only source of payouts.
Anyone can trigger a payout round. Every crew member rolls against their tier’s bust chance. Miss the bust, get paid. Get busted, your share rolls into the next pot.
Challenge a crew member one tier above you. Post a deposit; they have 48 hours to match it or the two NFTs swap tiers.
The map splits into limited districts. Raid the holder, post a deposit, 48-hour window to defend.
Four roles, four NFTs, four different wallets. Everyone stakes, everyone gets paid — unless someone doesn’t show.
Each NFT gets its own on-chain wallet (ERC-6551), so the crew member holds its own earnings.
Earnings land dirty. Wait out the vesting period free, or pull them instantly and pay a tax back into the pot.
Burn three lower-tier crew to mint one higher-tier. Supply only goes down.
Pay to raise a rival’s bust chance before a round runs.
| TIER | PAYOUT WEIGHT | BUST CHANCE |
|---|---|---|
| CLEAN | 1× | 5% |
| PETTY | 2× | 12% |
| KNOWN | 4× | 22% |
| WANTED | 8× | 35% |
| MOST WANTED | 16× | 50% |
Weight is a share of the pot, not an amount. Bust chance is rolled per round.
One crew NFT out of 1,926. Flat price for every mint. The tier you get is decided after the mint lands.
A commit-reveal seed assigns it. We publish the hash of a secret before minting opens, then reveal the secret; the seed mixes it with a block hash nobody controls at commit time. Nobody picks a tier, including the team.
Mint fees and secondary royalties. Nothing else feeds it, and nothing else pays out of it.
Anyone. It is a public function. The caller does not get a bigger share for calling it.
You skip that round. Your share stays in the pot and rolls into the next one.
Blind mint, wanted levels, the pot, payday and tier challenges. Cards tagged PHASE II ship after.
